The Problem

The current Pandora app has a poor interface design and with low usability, no linkage to a physical store, and poor user experience.

The Insight

Pandora has great personalized services in their physical stores and a well thought-out online store, their target customers should expect unique experiences and features on their app. 

The Solution

I have re-designed the interface for consistent brand image, new features that provide an omnichannel and personalized experience to customers using innovative technology, such as virtual-try on, pandora box, and image scanning functions.
